Join your Zoom class

Open the Zoom link in your class confirmation email. Join at the scheduled Central Time start with a working camera, microphone and internet connection.

Open your workbook

Download the correct workbook below. Keep it available during class. If using a phone for Zoom, use a printed workbook or a second device.

Prepare your student information

Follow your confirmation email to submit your ID, complete card-mailing address and a clear student photo against a solid white background.

Make sure your name and address are accurate before submitting.

Check your Veriforce account

Create your account if needed, then confirm you can sign in before class. Keep access to your account and email throughout class. Tell the instructor at check-in if you need help.

During class and testing

Stay on camera, participate, and remain through testing. Do not drive or work during class.

The instructor provides the course key and explains how to start the exam, usually taking about three minutes. After the explanation finishes, you have another five minutes to begin. Report access problems immediately and follow the instructor’s troubleshooting directions.

Review the cancellation, refund and rescheduling policy before booking. Existing policies apply.
